Players receive a grade based upon their results in the League matches. The current grades of the Lichfield League players can be seen here. https://www.ecfrating.org.uk/v2/new/list_players.php?club_code=2LCH Players who have a grade based upon less than 10 games has a P following the grade. These grades are almost always far too high during this stage in the players’s career in League Matches.

New League Players

The English Chess Federation grades matches that are played within the Leagues. This costs money and the players need to find the cost. Established League Players are charged an annual fee. New League players who play more than 3 times will find they incur a charge. Before playing your 4th game you should discuss the payment options with our club treasurer John Fryer on 01543 264997.
